Manchester's Heaton park hosts this year's northwest regional competition requiring 3 ladies and 4 men to each run a 6km loop for a complete team (SBH will have all teams in the Lancashire division, all divisions run together).
Ladies first leg starts at 1pm, Men's starter is at 2:30pm

The route, whilst predominantly flat is expected to follow the tarmac pathways within the park as a single loop including its one slope nearer Heaton house.
​
The club will pay for members to enter and whilst we aim for full teams, we will pay for a team of two or more runners to allow maximum attendance.

Wirral's Birkenhead park hosts this year's northern competition requiring 4 ladies and 6 men to each run a 5.1km loop for a complete team.
The route is again predominantly flat and expected to follow the tarmac pathways within the park as a single loop.

Ladies opening runner starts at 2:05pm with men's starter at 2:00pm
​
The club will pay for members to enter and will aim to enter only full teams but register any interested parties as backup with team amendments available upto 24hours before the event.
